1. Return Eligibility |
Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Intimate apparel (such as lingerie, swimwear)
- Personal care items (such as cosmetics, skincare products)

2. Return Process |
Initiate Return: To start a return, contact our customer service team at returns@prettyfemaleco.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refunds |
Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned in a condition different from when they were shipped, such as:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

4. Exchanges |
Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at returns@prettyfemaleco.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Size or Color Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Return shipping costs apply.

6. Non-Refundable Shipping Costs |
